CSoNet 2026 Registration

Registration rate:

Important information:

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay full registration fee ($550) by 5 October 2026.
• All registrations associated with accepted papers should be made before 5 October 2026
• If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each one individually.
• The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee break refreshments, lunches and gala dinner.
• For other registration (non-authors, co-authors, or full time students but not to register the paper), a 100 USD handling fee will be applied if the cancelation is before 15 October 2026. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after 15 October 2026.

Financial support:

• Authors with papers conducted in Vietnamese universities can apply for financial support by sending an email to csonetorg@gmail.com from the email used in paper submission. The email must include paper ID, paper title, and author’s affiliation.
• We also have some limited support for non-authors from Vietnamese universities (especially students). Email to csonetorg@gmail.com for more details.

Additional information:

• Deadlines: all dates on this page are in the Anywhere on Earth (AoE, UTC−12) time zone and include the whole day. For example, the 5 October 2026 deadline ends at 11:59 on 6 October UTC (18:59 on 6 October in Vietnam, 07:59 on 6 October US Eastern time). The rate is set when you pay, so complete your payment by then to receive the “Before 5 October 2026” rate.
• One registration per email address. Because each accepted paper needs its own registration, use a different email address for each additional paper. If you start again with the same email address before paying, your unfinished registration is replaced.
• Optional extras must be selected on the registration form (they cannot be added to an existing registration online): extra gala dinner ticket, 100 USD each (up to 10 per registration); extra camera-ready page, 50 USD each (up to 3 per registration; enter the ID of the paper it is for).
• Payment is in USD through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card (paying by card without a PayPal account is not available in every country).
• After payment you receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder) and can download a PDF receipt from the confirmation page. Later, go to Manage registration and enter your registration email to receive a sign-in link (valid for 30 minutes). There you can update your name, affiliation, country, badge name, paper information, dietary requirements and special requests, download your receipt, or request a cancellation. Cancellation of a registration for an accepted paper is decided by the organizers.
• Registration includes admission to all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and one gala dinner ticket.
• Authors with more than one accepted paper must register separately for each paper.
• Authors of papers from Vietnamese universities, and some non-authors from Vietnamese universities, may apply for financial support: email csonetorg@gmail.com before registering.
